AGES/GRADES: Coeducational, ages 13-18, plus postgraduates. Boarding and day college preparatory school, 10 months per year; highly individualized education.

THERAPEUTIC SERVICES: Relationship based program that offers all students daily Emotional Intelligence classes and daily 1:1 Tutorials and Executive Function coaching. Individual counseling available.

THERAPEUTIC ORIENTATION: Program is designed for students with a primary diagnosis of a learning difference. While Middlebridge is not a therapeutic school, 65% of our students also carry a diagnosis of an anxiety disorder.

POPULATION SERVED: A college preparatory coeducational boarding and day school for students ages 13-18 with learning differences. Highly individualized education promotes students’ academic performance, emotional intelligence, and fosters a lifelong love of learning.

Traditionally, the Middlebridge student presents with language-based learning differences such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, or written expression, attentional diagnoses such as ADD/ADHD, Executive Dysfunction, and/or challenges with processing speed or working memory.

LICENSURE: Accredited by NEASC, and Approved by RI Dept. of Education. SEVP approved for international students.

COMMENTS: Located in beautiful shoreline Narragansett, we offer residential, day, and weekend programming in a small nurturing community. Our students are intelligent and curious learners who demonstrate an eagerness to embrace the learning environment.
