GERIATRIC: 65 years and older on 20-bed locked unit; patients under 65 will be considered if there is an underlying dementia.
INSURANCE: Medicare. Other insurance plans with prior authorization.
COMMENTS: Voluntary unit; DPOA or Guardianship paperwork needed if patient is not voluntary.
