ADMISSIONS: Center Director, Seda Ebrahimi, Ph.D., 617-547-2255, ext. 222.

RESIDENTIAL: 37-bed residential program providing comprehensive treatment for females 12 years and older. Residential program has 3 separate tracks: one with 13 beds serves adolescent females, and two 12-bed units serve adult females.

PARTIAL HOSPITAL: Program for males and females ages 12 and older, meets six days a week, Mon.-Sat. 9am-3:30pm. There are 2 separate tracks: one for adolescents and one for adults.

INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT: Program for males and females ages 12 years and older. Afternoon (11am-2pm) and evening (5:30pm-8:30pm) option. Minimum attendance required 3 times per week. Separate track for adolescents and adults.

OUTPATIENT SERVICES: Full range of services including: consultations, individual therapy, nutrition counseling, family/couples therapy, and monthly family/friends support groups.

TRANSITIONAL LIVING: Newly renovated apartment-style living to support females 18 years and older who are coming out of inpatient/residential treatment. Offers a living environment that is conducive for life skills development and healthy self-care.

SPECIALTIES: Multidisciplinary team of professionals with expertise in treatment of eating disorders work together to provide the highest quality of care to males and females struggling with eating disorders. Team includes psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, nurses, registered dieticians, psychologists and licensed mental health counselors. Our clinical staff is fully trained in Family-Based Treatment (Maudsley Method), which is integrated into our adolescent’s treatment program.

COMMENTS: CEDC is JCAHO accredited. In-service training is available for professionals looking for information on the signs, symptoms and risk factors of eating disorders.
